I love cookies
I have been watching what I've been eating the past few days but I haven't officially started the count. My goal is to buy a scale so that I can keep track of my weight (hopefully the loss!) on a consistent basis. And I know you are supposed to weight yourself with the same scale every time. So unofficially I have been cutting out fast food and most junk food, I have had some cookies. Not a box or anything but definitely something that I have found difficult to give up. I love cookies!

ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you are trying. I'm trying too right now. My plan is more of the 'Biggest Loser Diet.' My goal is to be healthy and skinny by June 3rd. If you'd like we can work together... We could come up with a plan to do weigh ins together via internet. And we can do our blogs knowing we're watching & helping each other. Let me know because I seriously need someone! It helps so much. I know Tiffany would help me, but I figured you and I could do it since we are more starting out now (since she's been goin for a while)...
