The Plan

1300 calories a day:

 200 Breakfast
 100 Snack
 300 Lunch
 100 Snack
 500 Dinner
 100 Snack
Breaking it down this way helps to spread the calories out over the day. I look at it like a budget, sometimes you can borrow calories from one area to cover the other but at the end of the day you can only have so many.
I came to this number by doing a little questionaire online and with my weight/height and activity this is the intake of calories that I need to loose weight. It's different for different people, last time I had an intake of 1200 calories a day. So we'll see how this works out for me this time. I think I'll be doing some more research but for now it's back to work!

  1. Awesome! I think I'm going to start using my blog too... Maybe... I'm kinda doing the same thing as you. I eat smaller portions and eat less calories. I will be checking your blog so keep it up!
