So I have decided to start counting calories again in my effort to lose weight. I am going to use the same plan that I used when I did this before. The only thing was that I had someone to help me and keep me going and motivated because she was doing the same thing. My best friend Jess had been applying this method and had lost a lot of weight and was able to help me loose almost 20 pounds. I appreciated the help then and am hoping I can go on without it now. I am hoping that keeping this up will help me with accountability. I know that my best friend/roommate Tiff has a blog that I follow that has helped her.
I think this will be a good way of keeping track of my weight loss as well as my trek to get there.
